I decided to treat myself to this after a really frantic couple of weeks, and it was just the tonic. I chose the Essential Oils add-on for the massage, and the scent of lavender and eucalyptus immediately had me relaxed before the therapist even started. She got right into the tight spots in my shoulders with the perfect pressure.

The facial left my skin feeling incredibly plump and hydrated, but the best part was being guided to the relaxation area afterwards. There was no rush to kick me out; I just sat there with a glass of tea, reading a magazine in total peace. I felt completely renewed walking out.

I booked this to kill some time before my train back to Galway, and my goodness, I’m glad I did. I carry all my tension in my lower back from driving, and the 30-minute massage absolutely sorted it. I was a bit nervous about the facial because my skin can be quite reactive, but the therapist checked in on my skin type first and customized the Dermalogica products perfectly. My skin is lovely and soft today, no redness at all. It’s a brilliant little sanctuary right in the middle of the city.
