Our Gentleman’s Spa Package starts with an Indian Head Massage– a relaxing face, neck, shoulder and head massage steeped in Indian tradition. Using traditional Champi movements, the scalp and head are massaged to ease out any tension. Your spa therapist will then move on to a Hot Stone Back Massage and Hot Stone Lower Leg and Foot Massage. The stones used during treatments allow the therapist to work deeper into the muscle fibres without it being as painful as a deep tissue massage but you are still getting the same benefits. It allows the muscles to relax into their natural resting position promoting free movement, less pain and better flexibility in that area.
