Are you looking for a spa package that includes our most popular treatments? Do you want your whole body to be pampered? Then The Buff Half Day Indulgence is the package for you! Each of the four treatments in this package can be tailored to enhance your visit. You are given time to relax in our tranquillity room and sauna while enjoying a refreshing glass of water or an uplifting herbal tea.
Your therapist will greet you and take you to this first treatment in your package—the Swedish Massage & Essential Oils. Your therapist will question you on your preferred massage pressure, if you have any specific areas you want to be targeted and then create a personalized Essential Oil blend for your massage. You can also add Cold Stones to the massage when you phone to book in. These Cold Stones will help to reduce inflammation in your muscles. You will rest on a heated bed which will relax you as your preferred pressure of massage is performed on your back, legs, arms and shoulders.
Next, you will enjoy our Spa Manicure to get your nails in tip-top shape with filing, cuticle work and polish of your choice. While your nails dry, you will be shown to our pedicure stations where your feet will be pampered with our Fabulous Feet Pedicure. You will enjoy a foot soak, exfoliation, masque and massage with moisturiser! The bottoms of your feet will be rasped to remove some of the dead skin, your nails will be filed, and the cuticles pushed back. You will choose the colour of your choice to finish the pedicure—or for longer lasting colour you can add a Shellac colour to your pedicure or manicure.
The final treatment is our Dermalogica Spa Custom Facial! Again your therapist will ask you questions about your skin and what results you would like to see in your skin after your facial. This facial is totally customized for your skin type. Your facial will include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage, masque and moisturizer application. You can add in an Eye Zone Treatment, it’s an eye masque to help refresh your eyes! The entire time you just relax and let your therapist do all the work!
All good things must come to an end. But, after hours in the Spa, you will be ready to hit the Dublin shops or meet a friend for lunch feeling fully relaxed and pampered.
