A team member will guide you to our private changing rooms, where you can change into a fluffy robe and slippers and store away your belongings. Next, you can warm your muscles in the sauna before your treatment begins.
When you are ready your therapists will greet you both in our tranquillity room. They will ask you a few questions before they leave you to get comfortable on the bed. Once they return they will perform a Back Massage including Essential Oils which will be carefully blended to suit your needs.
After your treatment, you can sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of bubbly or herbal tea.

- Please shower before and after use of sauna
- Please bring your own flipflops
- We provide robes and towels
- This package is not suitable during pregnancy.
