I had the Pause Ritual at Buff Day Spa and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. I loved every minute and left the spa glowing – the results were visible straight away. Maria, the senior therapist, has truly magical hands and made the whole experience so relaxing and personalised.
She recommended the Dermalogica NeuroTouch Symmetry Serum afterwards, and even though it’s on the pricier side, it’s packed with advanced ingredients and you only need a tiny amount. It really helped maintain the lifted, smoother, more balanced look in the days after my treatment.
I’ll definitely be returning and purchasing the serum. Highly recommend!

The “Pause” treatment was hands-down the best body/facial treatment I’ve ever experienced… from start to finish and left me feeling like I had been taken care by nothing short of an angel!! Maria gave me a facial and arm/neck and shoulder massage that was simply the best I’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend it enough and my skin simply glowed for days after!! It’s a MUST!!!
