I loved that this package starts with the sauna. Getting in there for a proper sweat beforehand completely loosened up my muscles before the therapist even laid a hand on me. The Mini Back Rub was short but incredibly effective—she got right into the tight spots around my shoulder blades.

For the facial, I decided to include one of their eye treatment add-ons because I’ve been sleeping terrible lately, and it was the best tenner I’ve ever spent. It completely depuffed my eyes.
