La Stone Therapy Massage - €135 (90 mins)
La Stone Therapy achieves deeper states of relaxation, health and well being than that of a typical massage. The use of heated basalt stones on the muscles helps to increase the blood flow and the use of chilled marble stones to an inflamed area facilitates the removal of toxins and inflammation, encouraging a healing response deep within the body’s systems. This massage is based in the ancient belief that each organ of the body corresponds to a reflex point in the foot. Deep Thermal Massage Therapy with Thermal Stamp - €125 (90 mins)
Inspired by the practises of 14th century Thai Therapy, this treatment utilises a unique fabric stamp filled with skin-benefiting ingredients and the power of heat to detoxify, remineralize, de-stress, exfoliate and relax. Natural earth clays draw out impurities while Tropical Asian Ginger and White Tea stimulate circulation and smooth skin. The deep manipulations along the pressure points and the meridian of the body relieve aching muscles and work to re-balance the body.
