What is a Day Spa?
The word Spa originates from the term "Solus Per Aqua" which literally translates as "Healing through Water". You should expect to find water-based treatments and water-based facilities such as sauna and steam room. In most Day Spas, you will also find a place where you can relax and unwind after your treatment.

What do I need to wear or bring with me?
Just bring yourself! We have everything you need to get ready before and after your service for your convenience. We provide robes, spa sandals, and towels. Showers are available and stocked. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early to change and use the complimentary sauna & steam room.

What are some great gift ideas?
Our Spa Gift Vouchers are a wonderful gift and are redeemable for treatments as well as products.

What should I know prior to waxing?
First of all, the hair needs to be long enough. Hair length will vary depending on the body area but a good rule of thumb is 1/2 cm to 1cm. Guests should never use the Sauna and Steam Room prior to waxing services. Some redness following the service is normal. Do not schedule a body treatment on the same day as a waxing service.

Do you accept One 4 All Gift Vouchers from the Post Office?
We accept the paper One 4 All gift vouchers against payment for treatments only. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the One 4 All electronic gift cards.
